Trump Won't Move Press Briefings After Press Outcry

After outcry from the press, when reports surfaced that the Trump White House would consider moving the press briefing room away from its home in the West Wing, Trump announced the room would stay where it is. He did, however, break with tradition, saying he would choose who got access, not the White House Correspondents Association.
“They'll be begging for a much larger room very soon, you watch," said Trump.
