Thousands of Australian government officials were among the one billion victims of Yahoo's massive data breach. According to security company InfoArmor more than 3000
log-in credentials for private Yahoo accounts were linked to Australian government email accounts. The data was stolen by an Eastern European hacker in 2013, according to the the Arizona-based cyber
security firm.
