Ad-tech firm AppNexus said it will deploy its Publisher Suite for the programmatic sale of Microsoft display, video, app-based, and mobile Web advertising inventory within Mexico across real-time bidding and deals marketplaces.
The company will manage programmatic demand outreach, education, and buyer enablement to promote and differentiate Microsoft’s inventory. In addition, CMI -- a division of America Movil -- will use the AppNexus platform as the exclusive reseller of Microsoft’s reserve advertising sales in the market. AppNexus remains Microsoft’s exclusive programmatic display advertising platform technology partner.
“This expansion strengthens AppNexus’ position in Latin America and further solidifies our partnership with Microsoft,” Patrick Casal, director, market development, Latin America, AppNexus, told Real-Time Daily via email. “We anticipate this expansion will have a meaningful impact in driving the marketplace dynamics in the region.”
Under the terms of the agreement, AppNexus will be the exclusive advertising technology partner for the programmatic sale of Microsoft inventory on MSN, Outlook, and Skype, as well as on third-party apps for Windows and Windows Mobile inventory within Mexico.
AppNexus is the exclusive advertising platform for video, display, and app-based and mobile Web advertising units for Microsoft across Latin American Markets, including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Paraguay, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
