RAPP Worldwide hired Tanya Shepley as senior vice president, healthcare, U.S., based in New York.

She will report to Justin Thomas-Copeland president of RAPP New York, and be responsible for leading all healthcare engagements out of RAPP, New York. Shepley will also serve as the healthcare lead across RAPP U.S. and a partner to RAPP Worldwide's global healthcare leads.

Prior to relocating to New York to join RAPP Worldwide, she served as senior vice president, general manager of Digitas Health's San Francisco office. Prior to that, she worked at Wunderman and Time Inc.

"Tanya brings with her a wealth of knowledge and vision in the healthcare space – one of our key focus areas for 2017," said Thomas-Copeland. "Her joining our team is a huge step forward, as our office continues to enhance its healthcare talent and capabilities to offer deeper and more progressive solutions for new and existing clients."
