BuzzFeed News is rolling out “Outside Your Bubble” -- a feature that shows users what folks outside of their social-media spheres are saying about the news. “The idea is an attempt
to get readers to understand -- or even acknowledge the existence of -- the viewpoints of people who don’t think like them,”
Bloomberg reports. The feature will appear at the
bottom of Buzzfeed’s most popular stories.
