Dentsu Aegis Combines Firstborn With Isobar, LaCivita Remains Chief

Dentsu Aegis Network this morning said it is integrating freestanding design and technology shop Firstborn into its Isobar network.
The company said the combination will enable Firstborn clients to leverage Isobar’s global network and technology.
Dan LaCivita will continue to serve as CEO of Firstborn and will join Isobar’s management team in the U.S.
Dentsu Aegis parent Dentsu acquired Firstborn in 2011.
