This New Ad Agency Has A Completely Uninspired Name You Will Never Forget

Hey, why bother wasting time naming your ad agency when you can just call it what everyone calls every agency on the planet, a shop. Yeah, a new Dallas-based agency has launched and it's called The Shop. Witty,
huh? The Shop was founded by former Moroch Partners creatives David Soames and Dustin Taylor along with former Moroch account director Matt Sitser. What, no women? Oh wait, why would we be surprised at that? This is, after all, and ad agency. Long live bro culture!

Soames and Taylor will serve as managing partners and creative directors, and Sitser will be managing partner and lead account director.

Of the launch, Sitser said, “We created The Shop out of our shared passion for turning our clients into brands people are talking about – brands that have a story to tell and fully recognize the value of their long-term identity. Our agency aims to do groundbreaking work, while helping our clients achieve their tangible business goals.”

Bla, bla, bla...

The agency's first client? Tiff Treats, a baked to order cookie delivery company. Dude, that's so cool! It's like Uber crossed with Mrs. Fields cookies! Cookies for the iPhone-obsessed Millennial generation!

Tiff Treats loves The Shop with Tiff Treats Co-Founder Leon Chen saying, “We've long admired Dustin and David's award-winning work for McDonald's. The team at The Shop is unwavering in its commitment to bold, brave ideas and impactful creative. We are excited to partner with them as we continue to build and grow the Tiff's Treats brand nationwide.”

Seriously, it's going to be like that Who's on First thing. Bro #1: So, dude, what shop do you work at? Bro #2: The Shop. Bro #1: No, what shop? Bro #2: Wait, what? Bro #1: No, dude, what shop do YOU work at?
