REVOLVING DOOR: Karmarama Enhances Strategy Department

Karmarama has tapped Rob Chandler for the newly created strategy lead role for data-driven content. He reports to Karmarama chairman Jon Wilkins.<

Chandler is a familiar face to Wilkins, having worked with him at Naked Communications where he was the global business lead. Wilkins was a co-founder. More recently, he held consultancy roles working with companies including Virgin Airlines.

Meanwhile, Daniel Prestes joins in the newly created strategy director role working with CSO Sid McGrath on accounts including Clydesdale, Just Eat and Unibet. He reports to head of planning Will Hodge. The industry veteran has spent time at agencies in London, Amsterdam and Brazil, specializing in innovation as well as brand and digital planning.

Both executives will be based in London.

"The changing landscape of the communications industry has meant that agencies need to be able to react to the increased need of data informing and developing marketing strategies," says Wilkins. "Rob and Dan bring the expertise to keep us strategically ahead of the curve, enhancing Karmarama's existing skillset in digital, content and innovation."

Karmarama was acquired by Accenture late last year.
