Facebook Helps Users Spot "Fake News"

In 14 countries, Facebook is adding a box atop users’ News Feed directing them to tips on ‘spotting false news.” As Business Insider notes: “It’s not a permanent addition to Facebook -- it'll only be there for a "few days," the company said in a blog post.” At the moment, the social giant is offering 10 tips for spotting phony news stories.
