New York-based ad agency Barker has been appointed agency of record for WaffleWaffle. It’s the 8-year-old brand’s first AOR. The appointment was made without a formal pitch process.
The agency will handle branding, strategy, packaging and logo design, along with media buying and planning for the ready-to-eat Belgian-style waffle company.
Barker will work on the launch of four new WaffleWaffle breakfast products, to debut in Walmart this June. The marketer has existing distribution deals with WholeFoods and Gristedes.
