FDA Delays Menu Labeling Until May 2018

Advocates say seeing calorie counts before buying food prompts consumers to order healthier options. But critics argue the rule isn’t flexible for food sellers who aren’t restaurants, such as convenience stores and bakeries. It was fought by trade groups like one formed by Domino’s Pizza which argued that the regulations needed to be adjusted.
