Flaman Fitness Chooses Canopy Labs For Omnichannel Personalization Effort

Flaman Fitness, a marketer of home fitness and gym equipment, is partnering with Canopy Labs to personalize its omnichannel customer experience. Canopy will merge Flaman’s data to produce a centralized view of each customer, including email engagements, purchases and Web site experiences.

This effort will be driven by Canopy’s AI-powered analytics product, according to Wojciech Gryc, CEO of Canopy Labs.

The email piece will include “individualized product recommendations and offers to each subscriber based on their engagement, past purchases, and their fitness goals,” Gryc said in an email. “These are inferred by the content people read and products they've bought. Using such a 'customer journey' approach, each subscriber will receive completely unique content to their specific needs and aspirations.”

Gryc added that “a further component of the e-mail strategy is around timing: Canopy Labs will be triggering e-mails based on behavioral triggers. Timing will be based on how subscribers interact with the Flaman Fitness website, as well as internal analysis that helps predict when each person is most likely to open or interact with e-mails.”

The Canopy Labs platform analyzes aggregated omnichannel experience data to create personalized experiences via email, websites and other marketing channels for the firm’s B2C clients.  

Flaman Fitness, a member of the Flaman Group of Companies., claims to be  Canada’s largest independent fitness equipment retailer. The brand also ofers  playground equipment, trampolines and health care products.
