Corvette Drivers Sue GM, Alleging False Marketing

Chevy Corvette Z06 owners have filed a lawsuit against General Motors claiming the cars go into a reduced-power mode while on track after a spell of hard driving. “GM enticed race enthusiasts with bells and whistles, promising a car that could maintain safe speeds and power when tracked, but we believe what it sold them was far from what it promised,” according to the law firm representing the plaintiffs.
