U. of Alabama Fan Agrees To Drop Coca-Cola Texting Suit

A lawsuit accusing Coca-Cola Co. and its marketing agent Mozes Inc. of sending unsolicited text messages has been closed. A university of Alabama fan agreed to drop the proposed federal class action case after a legal battle lasing almost five years.
