Madison Avenue media vet Nick Brien has joined Dentsu Aegis Network as CEO Americas, filling a void created by the departure of Rob Horler as US CEO.
In a related move, Nigel Morris has been named to the new role of chief strategy and innovation officer.
Both roles will sit on the Dentsu Aegis Executive Committee and will report directly to Jerry Buhlmann, CEO, Dentsu Aegis Network.
Brien brings more than 30 years experience, including CEO McCann Worldgroup and recently as global CEO of iCrossing and president of Hearst Magazines Marketing Services.
Morris has been serving as interim CEO Americas.
