The Guardian has come out strongly in favour of the Government referring Rupert Murdoch's bid to take over the whole of Sky to the competition authorities. Citing the Leveson enquiry, which
criticised the close links between politicians and newspaper owners, today's leader column insists the country need more media plurality, not less.
