JC Penney Borrows From Kohl's Loyalty Program

J.C. Penney is unveiling a new loyalty program it has been working on for more than a year. It launches this week with an upgraded mobile app that keeps track of rewards and matches some of the program features of Penney's most direct competitor, Kohl’s. The program also features special incentives for customers of Sephora, which is owned by J.C. Penney.
