CreativeDrive Taps Omnicom Veteran Romero For CMO Role

Content creation platform CreativeDrive, has tapped  Amy Romero for CMO duties. Most recently Romero was SVP Marketing and Business Development at Omnicom’s Ketchum.

In her new role, Romero will be responsible for growth by communicating the platform’s benefits and capabilities.  

The firm, part of Bertram Capital, has been making a big push this year to expand with acquisitions and bringing in senior agency talent. In March the company hired another Omnicom veteran, Myles Peacock as Global CEO.

Last month CreativeDrive acquired DoubleDigit a data-driven online content production company that provides customized content solutions and specializes in website, apps, social content creation and development.

Prior to Ketchum, Romero served at The CMO Club, Huron Capital and Rapp, where she was director of broadcast and digital media.

"Amy brings a variety of experience to the table, ranging from content creation to marketing communications and business development,” stated Peacock. “ She will be a great leader and liaison to our team and clients as we evolve our unique content creation model in a meaningful, innovative way."

Separately the firm announced that Ray Redmond, who has worked at Seven Worldwide, TBWA Worldwide, IPG’s Adverdian and Metro Media Technologies’ sports and events division, has joined CreativeDrive in a managing director role.  

Also the company has promoted Tere Robinson to Managing Director for its Atlanta and Bentonville operations.
