Fraud detection firm WhiteOps announced a partnership with VoltDB to implement real-time verification on its ad-fraud platform, sorting through trillions of transactions per month looking for fraudulent activities.

WhiteOps looks for bots and  and other automated threats that lead to widespread ad fraud. The partnership will enable WhiteOps to deepen its existing capabilities in bot detection and support its human verification offering.

VoltDB will also allow "WhiteOps to detect and prevent ad fraud operations like Methbot, one of the most sophisticated bot fraud operations uncovered to date,” stated Tamer Hassan, co-founder and CTO, WhiteOps.
