Marketo Inc. has introduced a suite of new or updated products that it says can help marketers with email analytics, cross-channel personalization and account-based insights.
The new or enhanced offerings include:
Account Insight — This facilitates account-based marketing by alerting sellers to the best accounts to target
Integration with Facebook Offline Conversions Enhancements —This solution allows brands to improve their ad spend by mapping additional customer journey stages to Facebook offline conversion stages.
New Email Insights Enhancements — Marketers using Marketo’s Email Insights tool can use this to find new ways to analyze campaign performance and share the results.
Content AI — This makes content personalization scalable by using AI to choose the best material for each audience, based on auto-discovery and cataloging of website assets.
Web Personalization Enhancements — This product helps marketers create web experiences based on behavior.
ToutApp Templates — Resulting from Marketo’s recent acquisition of ToutApp, this helps marketers share content with their sales colleagues.
Sales Insight Enhancements — This consists of marketing-approved templates that can standardize customer communications, particularly for companies in regulated industries.
These products are designed to help brands beat their “number one challenge:” finding the best tools, states Manoj Goyal, chief product officer, Marketo.
Goyal adds that "marketers are inundated with disparate solutions that claim to be cure-alls for delivering a seamless customer experience.
