Johnston Press has bowed to pressure from a venture capitalist who owns 20% of the company to allow a shareholder vote to decide whether former Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond becomes the company's next Chairman. He has vowed to make Johnston-owned "The Scotsman" back independence and to move its headquarters to Scotland, "Sky News" reveals.
