Interpublic’s Huge has named Dwayne Raupp, formerly with WPP’s Ford-dedicated agency GTB, as executive creative director of its Detroit office to lead the agency's creative team as well as bolster its design capabilities. In this new role, he will report to Ranae Heuer, managing director of Huge Detroit and Derek Fridman, Huge’s global executive experience director.
