WPP affiliate Richard Attias & Associates (RA&A) has appointed former International Olympic Committee (IOC) executive Panos Tzivanidis as its CEO, and Maureen Mitchell, who most recently served as Director of Scheduling and Operations for the Office of House Speaker Paul D. Ryan, as Chief of Staff. They will be based out of RA&A’s New York City office.  

RA&A was founded by Richard Attias, who is credited with restructuring the World Economic Forum in Davos when he took over as producer from 1996 to 2006. Attias will continue to serve as Executive Chairman of his namesake firm.  WPP bought a 30% stake in RA&A in 2013. 

RA&A is a strategic consultancy that develops communications strategies, conferences, and live public events for governments, corporations, and institutions including the International Olympic Committee, and the World Bank.
