Performance-marketing agency Fluent has appointed former Merkle executive Donald Patrick to the position of COO.-Patrick reports to Ryan Schulke, CEO at Fluent, which is part of Cogint.

Patrick will spearhead Fluent’s commercial growth initiatives, including international expansion. He is also tasked with boosting the firm’s customer acquisition, retention and loyalty-service offerings.  

Patrick recently served as CEO of Seneca One, a financial-services company in the lottery and structured settlement industries and was previously president of Infogroup Targeting Solutions and COO at Merkle.

Schulke stated that Partick’s “outstanding record of accomplishments as a marketing leader is sure to drive success as Fluent expands its reach and product capabilities.”
