Mobile advertising company Kargo has elevated three executives to new roles.

Arthur Cole has been named senior vice president of global operations, Lauren Hendricks becomes senior vice president of global partnerships, and Neal Modi becomes CFO.

Modi, Cole and Hendricks will report to Kargo President and COO Ryan McConville.

Cole, who was previously a vice president of global revenue operations, will now “oversee the expansion of Kargo’s Technical Operations, Platform Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations and Program Management teams, and will also direct larger company-wide internal initiatives,” according to a statement from the company.

Hendricks, who had been vice president of publisher partnerships, will now manage strategy and operations for the company’s global publishing base.

Modi, who had been senior vice president of finance and business operations, will oversee the company’s financial, accounting and legal departments.
