Due to incorrect information supplied to
OnlineMediaDaily, Friday's article, "Yahoo! Draws Most Visitors; AOL Keeps Them Longest," misstated the method used by Nielsen//NetRatings to calculate
how much time visitors spent at America Online. The article should have said that Nielsen//NetRatings calculated average time spent at America Online by examining both subscribers who entered the
site's properties through software and visitors who entered through AOL.com. AOL subscribers who signed on and then went to other sites, such as Google or Yahoo!, were counted as spending time at both
AOL and the other portals they visited.
