Apple’s iOS app sales will be worth more than the entire worldwide movie industry at some point this year,
9To5Mac reports, citing analysis from Asymco’s Horace Dediu.
“While Apple tends to tout developer earnings, which hit $26.5B in 2017, Asymco looks at estimates of total spend -- taking into account Apple’s cut also,” it notes.
