(141,000 to 156,000 and 164,000 to 209,000). Court TV's signature series Forensic Files tallied a .8 rating in August, averaging 597,000 homes for the month. The network's original documentaries
Mugshots and The System were strong performers, both tallying .9 ratings during August. These two programs attracted an average 634,000 viewing homes for the month. Court TV's September 2002
