Streaming Service Sling TV has selected the Martin Agency as its new AOR. Sling previously worked with San Francisco-based Camp + King.
Actually, that decision was made a while ago, but is just now being announced, as Sling and the agency take the wraps off the shop’s first campaign for the client, called “We Are Slingers.”
The national campaign spans television, digital, mobile, social and out-of-home ads, as well as new media platforms. It positions Sling TV as the most flexible live streaming service on the market today, providing more choice and control than any other over-the-top (OTT) provider.
In addition to the new commercials, elements of the "We Are Slingers" campaign include a dedicated landing page, a new look and feel for the sling.com homepage, digital, mobile, new media and out-of-home ads, paid and organic social posts, YouTube videos, pre-roll and OTT video ads, paid search, in-device promotions on Sling TV supported devices and other direct-to-consumer promotions.
Phew. That’s a mouthful. And a lot of work, no doubt. Check some of that new work out here.

And you know, The Martin Agency is just thrilled to have the account. Gee, with all that going for it, sounds like Sling will be signing up new customers left and right. So take that Fire Stick and Roku and all you other OTT big shots and wannabes!
