"Press Gazette" is reporting that the Government has won a battle to remove clauses from the Data Protection Bill that would have made publishers responsible for both sides' legal fees, even if they
won court action over data protection. However, the site warns that Labour is expected to table amendments to try and reverse the removal of the controversial clauses.
