Return Path Offers Email Delivery Monitoring Help To Email Service Providers

Return Path has unveiled a tool for monitoring email deliverability issues. But it’s not for marketers — it’s for Email Service Providers (ESPs).

Instead of having to log into multiple systems to serve hundreds of customers in different locations, ESPs can use the Return Path’s Partner Platform to access all deliverability data — on their whole client ecosystem — in one place, Return Path says.

The platform, built on Return Path’s Consumer Network, provides inbox and spam folder placement data from many sources. It also offers information on spam complaints and list hygiene indicators.

The Partner Platform was “built with extensive input from our longstanding ESP partners,” states Ken Takahashi, senior vice president at Return Path.

ESPs can use the new program “to take a “proactive approach to customer service,” Takahashi adds. “Rather than waiting for clients to approach them with concerns, ESPs will be empowered with the information they need to easily identify deliverability issues as they arise and provide proactive guidance for their clients.”

Return Path partner Zeta Global finds the solution “imperative to our day-to-day responsibilities,” states Sophia Jacobson, senior director of deliverability services for Zeta Global.
