Suit Charges Firms Took Cat Toy Design And Sold Copy Through Email

SnugglyCat, the seller of a feline toy called the Ripple Rug, has sued two Missouri companies in federal court, alleging that they sold a “knock-off” of the product through email, TV and the Web. Named as defendants are Opfer Communications Inc. and The Bargain Show LLC
