Publicis Groupe Appoints New Roles In Various Networks

Publicis Groupe is announcing new hires and promotions.

Starcom UK is promoting Elliott Millard from managing partner, clients to the newly created role of managing partner, head of planning. He will be responsible for all of UK planning and ensuring that strategies are actionable, directive and translated into effective activation plans.

In the last six years at Starcom, Millard has successfully developed long-term business and communication strategies for key clients, including Samsung, Lidl, Fiat Chrysler and Airbnb.

Kay Martin rejoins the Publicis Groupe after five years at Havas to replace Elliott as managing partner, clients. Her most recent experience includes working with Domino’s Pizza.

Both Kay and Elliott will report into Hamid Habib, who will join Starcom as UK managing director in June, following his departure from OMD.

Zenith is hiring Cassandra Stevens in the newly created role of global commerce director to work across the agency's portfolio of global clients and bring together its expertise in data, technology and innovation. She will have responsibility for both defining Zenith’s overall direction in commerce services, as well as building individual commerce road maps for Zenith’s clients -- including the development of co-op marketing strategies with retailers.

Steven will also help Zenith’s markets to develop leading commerce solutions and work closely with Publicis Media’s newly launched Global Commerce Practice to boost the Groupe's commerce services.
