Dotmailer has integrated its marketing automation platform with Magento Commerce to help firms use their data to create custom email campaigns, using the Magento Dashboard, the firms announced on Monday.
The integration will facilitate multichannel campaigns designed to reduced shopping cart abandonment and increase customer loyalty, dotmailer says.
The combined capabilities are being utilized by such brands as Vizio, Converse Australia, POLYWOOD, Boutique 1, and 7 for All Mankind.
Dotmailer cites research showing that 95% of marketers see email as an important communication channel.
The integrated services also include:
- Support for transactional emails
- Segmentation and hyper-personalization based on Magento store data.
- Automated campaigns via SMS, push notification, CRM and other channels.
- Drag-and-drop tools.
