Lachlan Murdoch, the Chairman of 21st Century Fox, has told
The Guardian that the company intends to go forward with plans to buy the part of Sky it does not currently own and then the
expanded company to Disney. He believes Comcast will face a competition enquiry, as Fox currently is, before its offer for Sky can complete, giving 21st Century Fox a substantial time lead.
