Four agencies have strengthened their leadership teams with female talent.

Fallon promotes Niki Dobratz from media director to CMO to oversee business development and growth efforts for the agency’s Minneapolis headquarters. She replaces Chris Lawrence who left the agency to pursue new opportunities.

Dobratz’s previous position as media director will now be led solely by Andy Rhode. Before Dobratz was promoted to CMO, she and Rhode co-led the media department with the same title.

My Friend's Nephew (MFN) has appointed Allison Brennan, formerly with 360i Atlanta, as the agency's director of insights and strategy—a new role at the ageny--to help agency clients better understand their consumers and competition as well as deliver "measurably" improved business results.

Current clients include General Mills, Zocdoc, Zaxby’s restaurant chain, global real estate company Cortland Partners and Thrive Senior Living.

The Creative Engagement's WRG adds Jennifer Baker to its American team as director of operations to oversee the Live Events department that creates and manages high-end live experiences. In this newly created role, she will be responsible for the leadership, logistics and management of the Live Events department working with Graeme Beavers, VP of North America on the growth and strategy of the agency in the U.S.

Baker formerly served as executive producer, experiential at Tool of North America where she oversaw the day-to-day operations and long-term growth of the experiential department. 

We're Magnetic has promoted Jessica Reznick from managing director to president to set the experiential marketing agency's strategy, build out partnerships and help lead the expansion of its team across offices. Her first appointment is Rachel Saunders, formerly insights and strategy director at Cassandra as global director, consumer research and insights to lead strategic work for all clients, and build out We’re Magnetic’s consumer research and insights practice.
