EP + Co. Creates Growth Officer Role, Promotes Hoffman To Fill It

EP + Co. has promoted Jeff Hoffman to Chief Growth Officer, a new post at the agency. He reports to President Allen Bosworth and President- Chief Creative Officer Con Williamson.
A 16-year veteran of the agency, Hoffman was most recently senior vice president, director of business development and is credited with helping to reel in a number of high-profile new clients like Lowe’s, John Deere and 20th Century Fox.
In his new role Hoffman will focus on the overall strategic marketing and growth of the agency, including business development and targeting additional revenue streams.
