Disney is promising to run Sky News for 15 years with GBP100m of funding per year if the channel were to be sold to the US entertainment giant,

to Disney is the most obvious way for Murdoch to get around the media plurality issues surrounding his proposal to buy the 61% of Sky that he does not already own.
