Michigan GOP Disavows Email On Behalf Of AG

An email suggesting that the Michigan Republican party actively supports Attorney General Bill Schuette in the gubernatorial primary has been disavowed by state GOP Chairman Ron Weiser. It was sent without the party’s knowledge, Weiser said in a follow-up email. The party is not choosing a candidate.
