Sky News is reporting private equity firm, Exponent, is on the verge of agreeing a deal to buy Dennis Publishing, owner of The Week and Viz. The Daily Mail's owner has been involved in
talks but Sky News reveals Exponent was the preferred bidder. The final selling price is expected to be between GBP150m to GBP200m.
