Sid Lee is increasing its Los Angeles staff with three hires in newly created roles. Robyn Pocrnich, ex-72andSunny, joins as head of strategy to lead consumer insights and strategic planning efforts for the agency’s U.S. clients.
Caroline Britt is departing R/GA to serve as head of client leadership to lead and develop current client partnerships, as well as play a key role in new business initiatives.
And Sean McNamara, ex-enso, is appointed head of strategic growth to work with the agency’s multidisciplinary teams to develop capabilities and solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs.
Left Field Labs has named Yann Caloghiris executive creative director, a newly created position to lead the design department and drive creative vision across teams at the digital agency. He will report to Sarah Mehler, founder/CEO. Ken Rivera, ex-HYFN, also joins as executive vice president, business development.
Moving up the coast, DDB San Francisco has named Mark Krajan to the new position of group creative director to oversee Norton, VMware, and new business efforts. Krajan is the first hire to a creative leadership position under ECD Ben Wolan since he joined the Omnicom shop in January.

With almost 20 years of industry experience, Krajan joins DDB from Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners where he served as creative director. He also spent time at his own agency that merged with Teak, as well as TBWA\Chiat\Day LA and, earlier, McCann-Erickson San Francisco.
Separately, agency Tank, also based in San Francisco, has tapped Alex Hoye, ex-SapientRazorfish, as its first-ever creative director, San Francisco. Hoye will lead the branding and marketing agency's SF creative team as well as help to oversee clients including FedEx, Deloitte, Facebook, Reebok, LogMeIn, Yamaha UC, and Live Nation.
