IPG Wins Honeywell Marketing AOR Assignment

Industrial conglomerate Honeywell has selected Interpublic as its marketing agency of record following a competitive review.

The scope of work includes branding, advertising, PR, digital and corporate marketing across all of the company’s business groups, including areas such as aviation, buildings, supply chain, chemicals, workforce safety and oil and gas.

IPG has formed a customized unit called C2W to service the account, which will include specialists and resources from B2B agency MRM//McCann, experiential shop Jack Morton, PR firm Weber Shandwick and other specialist agencies within IPG.

Que Dallara, senior vice president and chief commercial officer at Honeywell, said that “as a company we wanted a more integrated and innovative approach to marketing. IPG demonstrated that they understood our ambitions, the rapid evolution of digital marketing and how to brand a global, Fortune 100 company.”

IPG CEO Michael Roth noted the customized unit created to run the account is a “great example of the ‘open architecture’ model we’ve championed at IPG for over a decade, with collaboration at its core.”
