Y&R Promotions; Smarty Pants 'Research Whiz'

WPP's Y&R is promoting four senior creative leaders to executive creative director roles as recognition for their respective contributions to the agency.

Nathalie Brown has been creating award-winning campaigns while running some of the agency’s biggest pitches. She’s been the creative lead for Cirque du Soleil, MD Anderson and is currently leading the Office Depot account.

As the creative lead for Pepperidge Farm, Eric Glickman is credited with developing Goldfish into a fully integrated gaming and social brand. And Fern Cohen and Margot Owett helped to relaunch Xerox with Set the Page Free and are currently redefining Miss America for the "modern world."

All report to Leslie Sims, chief creative officer, Y&R North America.

Separately, Smarty Pants has hired Toni Green to serve as what the market research and consulting agency calls 'Research Whiz.' In this role, Green is responsible for designing, fielding, managing and analyzing research for several of the company’s key CPG, media and entertainment clients.

Green most recently held the position of consumer insights analyst at Nickelodeon, where she spent two years creating online surveys, moderating focus groups, managing primary research and producing syndicated reports. Prior, Green served as a client analyst at Millward Brown Digital.
