Dentsu Aegis Network is adding an Australian agency to its asset portfolio that the company said would be aligned with Merkle and launch Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities for the network in the region. 

DAN has reached an agreement to acquire Sydney-basd Amicus Digital Ventures a cloud consulting and technical services provider in Australia. It will be rebranded to Amicus Digital, a Merkle Company. 

It was founded 2015 and will continue to be managed by Blair Cooke. The firm is a Salesforce “Gold Certified Partner” in Australia.
