Return Path Adds Email Deliverability Tools

Return Path has launched two new tools for improving email deliverability.

Universal Feedback Loop notifies senders when a subscriber marks a message as spam. This brings 17 feedback loops together in one location to help users coordinate feedback loop subscriptions.

Return Path Blocklist, an enhancement on the firm’s prior blacklist, is a collection of IP addresses that display spam-like behavior and unsafe email practices. This list is used by spam filtering agencies and mailbox providers to make decisions about blocking and filtering, the firm says.

Both tools are provided at no cost, the firm says.

Return Path has also recently added enhancements such as the Return Path Platform, a user interface available in French and Portuguese, and the Subject Line Optimizer, a solution that allows brands to compare subject-line performance across industries.

It also offers the Email Client Monitor, which enables brands to track where and for how long email messages are being viewed, the firm says.

“Most marketers struggle to recognize the underlying cause of deliverability issues, and that lack of visibility can mean the difference between success and failure of an email program,” states Scott Ziegler, vice president of product management at Return Path.
