Temecula, CA-based programmatic shop AdMore has appointed Kristen Held senior vice president, performance media to  oversee media planning, buying and sourcing, as well as media trafficking, viewership analysis and reporting. 

She will also manage the automated TV buying platform's relationships with key data providers including Nielsen.  

Held previously served as senior media director at IPG's McCann Erickson and has managed media buying with Laughlin Constable and NCC Media. Held replaces Karen Morrow who departed to spend more time with her family.
