Dentsu Aegis Network has named Sebastián Tonda CEO in Mexico, where he will lead the group’s efforts in what it calls a rapidly expanding market. Tonda co-founded Flock nine years ago, which was acquired by the Dentsu Aegis Network in 2016 and became a part of the Isobar global network. 

Tonda will report to Julio Castellanos, who was elevated to CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Latin America earlier this year. 

Dentsu Aegis Network Mexico includes, among other agencies, AC mcgarrybowen, Carat, iProspect and Flock - Linked by Isobar. 

With the promotion of Tonda as CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Mexico, Mario Nissan has been elevated to CEO of Flock - Linked by Isobar. Along with Tonda, Nissan was a co-founder of the agency.  Also, Luis Ribó assumes the role of Chief Creative Officer at the agency.
