Montana Pol Challenges Chamber Of Commerce Over Emailing

Montana legislator Jeff Essmann has filed a complaint against the Billings Chamber of Commerce for an email blast it sent in August, encouraging recipients to vote. Essmann, the former Montana GOP chairman, claims the chamber needs to file financial disclosure forms and register as a political “incidental committee.”
