Publicis Groupe's Leadership Model Hits Poland

Publicis Groupe continues the network's on-going global rollout of its new leadership structure by announcing changes in Poland.

Tomasz Pawlikowski, chairman of Publicis Communications Poland, and Piotr Pietka, CEO of Publicis Media Poland, will serve as co-CEOs of Publicis Groupe Poland. In their new roles, both Pawlikowski and Pietka will work together to integrate and implement the Groupe's Power of One model.

Both are longtime veterans of the company.

Pitka has been working in Publicis Groupe for 20 years and was appointed CEO of Publicis Media in Poland in 2016. Pawlikowski has been with the Groupe for nearly 30 years, including 15 as CEO of the region. He was most recently Chairman, Publicis Communications in Poland.

They will report directly to Jarek Ziebinski, CEO, Publicis Groupe Northern and Central Europe.

The two will be supported with a new management team that includes Albert Wyszomirski as CFO; Anna Sakowicz as Chief Data and Analytics Officer; Monika Krawiec-Zaworska as Chief Talent Officer; and Krzysztof Andrzejczak, as Chief Eommerce Officer.
