TSW Los Angeles is what the agency calls a direct response to client demand for help expanding into new territories, signifying a move to target specific companies in the ecommerce, app and gaming sectors.
The shop opens with clients including video game publisher Gameloft, software company Zoho and gaming app Huuuge Casino.
Led by Richard Downey, the agency’s global business director, the new location will be supported by the company's TV buying team in New York City and print media specialists in Atlanta.
There are several people from the London office going over with Downey as his inaugural team. The office will be making hires in the next six months to bolster new business.
“Our biggest growth over the next few years will come from the U.S. market; and with Richard’s extensive knowledge of ecommerce and app marketing, it was an obvious decision to have him lead the LA office," stated Woolley.
